Can I take a shower before/after the treatment? An en-suite shower room is available.

Do you use massage oil? Yes, I use Sweet Almond Oil. I will check you have no allergies before we begin the treatment, for people with nut allergies I use Grapeseed Oil, which has no known allergens. If you'd like Aromatherapy essential oils blended for your treatment please let me know.
